When our family went to Lancaster, Pennsylvania we tried Shoo-Fly Pie (an Amish treat). We were so hooked, we decided to make it for our store!
This is a 9-inch pie (8 servings). The pie contains molasses, brown sugar, baking soda, water, butter, and all-purpose flour.
Simply heat the pie up in the microwave or the oven and add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
